You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.
Of course, it could be that I don't know a certain alternate definition of "resolve", but I did check Wiktionary and nothing seemed to fit with how you're using it. I have no problem with bypassing redirects in page links, but your edit summaries just bug me and I think finding out what you mean would help me out there.
