Rusty metal shaft
The item showed up in my inventory (can't remember where I was adventuring) and there's no page for it. Note: I've adventured recently in:
Cobbs knob (all but lab, shaft and the three Menageries)
dark neck/heart of the woods
the "fun" house
lemon party slot

nothing really special about it ~AKAnotu
ANSWER: it used to be crusty L-shaped piece of metal. they changed it a while back.
Stealability
This is more of a project request, I guess. It would be nice to have line on each item page listing whether or not that item can be stolen in pvp. --Volante 11:14, 28 August 2006 (CDT)
- Wouldn't this be the same as the already-existing field "Cannot be traded"? Or are there tradeable items that cannot be stolen and/or untradeable items that can be stolen? --Quietust 11:24, 28 August 2006 (CDT)
- Aren't Mr. A's steal-immune? I remember reading something about that in one of the pvp guides. I'll try to find the reference.--Volante 12:14, 28 August 2006 (CDT)
- From Strangerer's pvp guide in What's a Wang
- "A note from Obfusjake (#174449): As a side note, here's a list of rares that I have personally confirmed stealable or not:
- Unstealable: Crimbo stockings, small crimbo pressies, bows and bow gear, imitation nice watch, dredls, Tiny Plastic Sword, skewered fruits, and its resultant drinks, Radio gear, radio button candies, Mafia raffle items, Mr. Accessories and all Mr. Store items, N.O. Beer
- Stealable: spectral pickles, ghost pickles on a stick, gasmask, demonskin trousers, pail, gnollish nunchaku, red minotaur, children's meals of the damned, hemp and newbiesport backpacks, one million meat pancakes, any recurring holiday items (oyster eggs, halloween candy)"

Bad Moon Strategy
A BM strategy guide would be a good resource to have. I recognize this is a large task and would be happy to help in any way I can, but I am far from a skilled player. Sith Lord 13 19:56, 8 January 2008 (CST)
A simple guide for starting off
You know, for those poor people who have not ever played KOl before, or are just starting off.
- A short, succinct, clearly-written beginner's guide is something the wiki probably should have. Unless it already exists and I just can't find it. I think such a guide would be useful for players in their first few days with the game to explain some of KoL's important but less obvious features. --Prestige 19:51, 25 January 2008 (CST)
- I could've sworn there was such a guide on the Wiki... The Help Forum FAQ happens to be orphaned and could probably be revamped to add relevant information. --Bagatelle 11:40, 26 January 2008 (CST)
Locations by Average Meat Drops
A list of locations by average meat drops from both combat and non-combat(listed in different collums on the same page) would be useful to the average player.Sith Lord 13 21:01, 25 January 2008 (CST)
Plinking
Perhaps a simple description of what Plinking is, and what items/familiars are used with it.--Gigighost 21:11, 4 February 2008 (CST)
Lag
Everyone needs a page on lag.--Gigighost 21:11, 4 February 2008 (CST)
Sortable Pages
It would be very useful to take much of the information on the wiki, place it in differnet databases, and allow it to be sorted/searchable. For instance a page on Monsters with fields 'Monster' 'Hp' 'High Meat Drop' 'Low Meat Drop' 'Average Meat Drop' 'Percent Item Drop' 'Special Skills'. I guess this would be similar to pages such as "Equipment (by power)" except that it would be sortable rather than a static table. --DeviousDave 3:35, 14 February 2008 (PST)
Silver sausage
[custom item]this was hinted at during the radio show; kind of like the golden sausage cobain douglas(Sp?) won —Preceding unsigned comment added by Noinamg (talk • contribs) on 02:25, 18 March 2008
- No such item exists. If such an item is confirmed to exist at some point in the future, a page shall be created for it, just like with all custom items. As is, someone has added a note to the page for the NS's 3rd form concerning Darth's stunt. --Flargen 22:14, 17 March 2008 (CDT)
- In other news, according to the forums and the J&S show, the silver sausage does exist. However, DarthDud neither has it equipped nor in his display case. And he does not seem to have provided any details about the item on the forums. So...keep an eye out for it I guess. --Flargen 20:48, 18 March 2008 (CDT)
He had it equipped today. Added. --Flargen 16:41, 20 March 2008 (CDT)
Common metaphores
A page on the common metaphores for effect. i.e. dancing = more items. Thinking of water equals MP regen. And so on.
new page for clovers
A page going into more depth about special clover adventures listing not just the names but what you get for what level or somthing
Up to date ascension video
A new video of a reasonably quick ascension would be nice. I've watched the one on ColdFront (I think it was on there) and it was very, very interesting so an up to date one would be awesome. If this is not feasible, a written version would be brilliant. The one on here was also really interesting, but again, is quite out of date, both are from before NS-13. --Mr Boombastic 12:10, 31 May 2008 (CDT)
Auto Sell
So I've noticed that there is no page for either auto sell, or the exact in game term "sell stuff". I think it would be nice if there was a list of auto sell messages and maybe a minor explanation of this function. Shouldn't be too hard to do. Or if there is a page and I simply couldn't find it...maybe some redirects from searching auto sell or sell stuff would help. --Neotemplar 18:53, 4 June 2008 (CDT)
Ah so it was as one word whereas I was typing it as two. Maybe a redirect then?--Neotemplar 19:03, 4 June 2008 (CDT)
conebread
today it was jick's favorite food; but i can't find anything about it --Noinamg 21:20, 18 July 2008 (CDT)
nevermind; it is an inside joke http://youtube.com/watch?v=NpkerxD-d0U --Noinamg 21:26, 18 July 2008 (CDT)
New Familiar Leaked?
Today (besides with the odd notice on Xenophobe's profile), he had a disembodied hand familiar equipped on to him (and that familiar had a stainless steel shillelagh equipped). Screenshot here [1]. As seen, there's no art for it yet. Possible new IotM? Hatrack for weapons? --Cyber34 13:48, 9 September 2008 (CDT)
- Remeber that this is the same guy who's favourite food is stainless steel scarves. --Melon 13:59, 9 September 2008 (CDT)
- I do believe the question I asked to the radio show (transcript here, better answer on the actual recording of the show) [2] semi-confirms there's a hatrack for weapons (and that the disembodied hand will be it most likely). --Cyber34 05:45, 26 September 2008 (UTC)
Grateful Bear!
As I don't know how to edit the wiki, I put all the information for the Psychedelic Bear's familiar equipment into it's discussion page. For more info, see me in game. As ADeadHeaD. I mean, who else would worry?

Maximising Resistance
because of the hobopolis zones i thought a "maximising your <element> resistance" page would be helpful
Sauceror spell sauces
So, it has come to my attention that all damaging sauceror combat spells all randomly select from the same list of sauces. Could we create a tag and template, a la {{part}} and {{muscle}}, that would encompass these? Then we could have the skill pages just invoke this template, which links them back to Sauceror#Spell Sauces, which contains the master list. This'd cut out a lot of duplicated information across pages. --Flargen 09:10, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
- You can use {{preposition}} as a guide to accomplish much the same thing. That template is also a good example of why I hate trying to program wiki templates. --BagatelleT

- Looks pretty straightforward. I'll see what I can do with it when I get the time. --Flargen 04:38, 16 December 2008 (UTC)
Crimbo tiny plastcs 2
In advent calenders on the 21st of Decembetr 2008, you recieved a tiny plastic mob penguin in your calender, with 1/5 series 2c on the bottom, we need this page.--Coolness 15:05, 21 December 2008 (UTC)
- Done. --Flargen 15:18, 21 December 2008 (UTC)
Maximizing: Familiar Experience Gain
One thing I found missing from the wiki is a page like the ones for maximizing item or meat drops, or moxie, that shows how to maximize familiar experience gain per combat. Maybe one could be created, listing all the effects and items that raise familiar experience quickly? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Rayne Summers (talk • contribs) on 05:36, 26 January 2009
- There's a very limited number of things that boost familiar experience gains, and almost all of them come from items of the month or their derivaties: white candy heart, flaming familiar doppelgänger, mayflower bouquet, little box of fireworks, and Brother Corsican's Blessing. Not enough to warrant an all new page. --Flargen 15:09, 26 January 2009 (UTC)
Free effects by location?
There are at least three locations that give free effects (Copse, Hey Deze, & Island Arena), most after completing a task. Seeing as there can only be more similar areas, how about creating a page documenting them? --Forsythe 06:34, 12 March 2009 (UTC)
