Can-Can skirt
This is one of the long, frilly skirts that can-can dancers wear to cover their legs. They do so primarily so that they can then pull up the skirt and reveal their legs. It's a pretty round-about way of doing things.
The skirt is surprisingly heavy, and the compulsion to stop and kick all the time gives you quite a workout.
