The Super-Secret Canadian Mind-Control Device allows players with a Mysticality zodiac sign to raise the level of monsters higher than they would be normally.
This wonderful device is found in Little Canadia, just north of the Seaside Town. It allows the player to increase the level of monsters, making them worth more experience, and to make the mini-boss monsters drop different items when set at certain levels. Users of the mind control device should exercise extreme caution, for while increasing monster levels does increase stat rewards it also increases the difficulty of killing the monster, as damage and HP of the monster increase along with the experience.
