The Super-Secret Canadian Mind-Control Device allows players with a Canadia zodiac sign to raise the level of monsters higher than they would be normally.
This wonderful device is found in Little Canadia, just north of the Seaside Town. It allows the player to increase the level of monsters, making them worth more experience, and to make the mini-boss monsters drop different items when set at certain levels. Users of the mind control device should exercise extreme caution, for while increasing monster levels does increase stat rewards it also increases the difficulty of killing the monster, as damage and HP of the monster increase along with the experience.
Players under Knoll and Gnome zodiac signs have access to their own devices for increasing monster level, though they only have dials that go up to 10 - this one goes to 11. It's one higher.
