The Raffle House is located on the Right Side of the Tracks and is run by the notorious Penguin Mafia. Each day they raffle off rare and mysterious items created from parts of the moon that were knocked out of the sky and landed at The Grim Grimacite Site and having enchantments which vary by the phase of Grimace. In order to enter one of the daily raffles, you must first buy a raffle ticket for 1000 meat, then pray that you somehow beat out all the other people buying thousands more tickets than you are. If you don't have enough meat in your inventory, you can still pay using meat in storage. Even if you don't win, you still might get the second place prize.
After NS13, following the theft of the Grimacite core, the Raffle House retired its existing prizes and introduced a new selection of depleted Grimacite gear. Later, the Penguin Mafia decided to take advantage of mutated horrors on Halloween and started selling their spawn, along with plans to make your own depleted Grimacite items.
