Food is stuff you eat to gain more Adventures.
Each item of food has an associated fullness factor (ranging from 1 to 6), which determines how much it fills you up. You can eat up to a fullness of 15 each day.
There are a few items classed as beverages: these are liquid items which act in the same way as food.
