• You start the day with 100 cinch. You can't get over 100 or under 0.
• Rests and Free rests regenerate cinch at the following rate:

1 to 5 rests	6th rest	7th rest	8th rest	9th rest	10th rest and onwards
+30%	+25%	+20%	+15%	+10%	+5%
150%	175%	195%	210%	220%	220% +5X%

• The total amount of cinch regained from free rests can be expressed as 220 + 5*(X - 9), where X is the total number of free rests you have.

While you rest, your cincho loosens X%.

• Rests with full cinch don't reduce the cinch amount you'll get from the next non-full rest. For example, if you rest at the start of the day and then start spending cinch and resting, next 5 rests will still give 30 cinch each.
