The Clan Basement is part of the Clan Hall. It is created by choosing to Buy a Basement for 10,000,000 Meat in Clan Training. Only clan members with ranks capable of administrating Clan Dungeons can purchase the dungeon.
Initially, when the clan dungeon is purchased, The Old Sewers are not available. Instead, the corner contains An Overflowing Sewer Grate, which can be dug out for 1,000,000 Meat:
Trying to access the basement in Hardcore results in the following message: Your clan has a basement, but you are not allowed to enter clan dungeons, so this is as far as you're going, Gilbert.
