San Diego Comic-Con International (Comic-Con) is an annual comic book and pop culture convention. From 2006 to 2012, Asymmetric Publications exhibited at Comic-Con in order to promote the Kingdom of Loathing. Each year, it distributed a KoL-themed "Choose-Your-Own-Adventures!" booklet, as well as a special in-game item, to fans of the game that attend the convention.
