This spell allows you to call forth a powerful Cone of something, which will rain down on your enemies and hurt them very badly. Er, comparatively badly.

Deals (16-40)+(Mys/4) damage, where Mys is your buffed Mysticality (which is capped at 120), and divisions are rounded down.
