crimbo elfling
This is a baby Crimbo Elf, one of the ill-tempered midgets used as slave labor by Father Crimbo. You can tell it's a boy elfling because it doesn't have wings.

Cannot be discarded
(In-game plural: crimbo elflings)
When Used
You place the Crimbo Elfling in your Familiar-Gro™ Terrarium.
It grows into a Crimbo Elf and quickly starts fixing your other familiars broken toys.

- The ability to determine its gender by it not having wings is a reference to The Dark Crystal and how female gelflings have wings and males don't.
