I've used this five times against Knott Yetis. Every time it dealt 1 damage (cold resistance) and healed 80 MP.
What other info is needed to make the above data useful? When I spent the above adventures I was a level 33 TT with 1044(1033) Mus, 723(712) Mys, 734(723) Mox, 1570 HP, and 1139 MP. I can also list my gear and active effects if needed. --Kitsunegami 03:25, 5 June 2008 (CDT)
