You hear the sounds of a struggle coming from inside the hall -- your clanmate <name> appears to be in there with his or her hands full. You should wait.
Occurs at Dreadsylvanian Village if another clanmate is already fighting Mayor Ghost (Presumably Zombie Homeowners' Association too).
