Sleazeform
Your entire being is consumed by sleaze. You're so greasy that even grease slides right off of you. It's as though your entire body is nothing but naughty bits -- you've taken on the form of pure inappropriateness.

Obtained From
- Using a phial of sleaziness (5/10/15 Adventures)
Notes
- Changes all damage to Sleaze Damage and causes elemental damage to the player to follow the elemental rules.
- Having Sleazeform and at least a bonus of 100 points to your Sleaze Damage or Sleaze spell damage will qualify you for the Wink Wink, Nudge Nudge trophy.
- Having Sleazeform will make it so that you are not allowed to fight Chester.
