This is the pineal gland of someone who died from a strange infection that swept the community, and then was brought back to life as a walking corpse. If you don't know where on the body the pineal gland comes from, I'm certainly not going to tell you.

Notes
- Could be used to make a loaded serum blowgun by giving one to Doc Galaktik at Doc Galaktik's Medicine Show.
- Since the drop locations are no longer accessible, this item can no longer be obtained except through the mall.
- It has been recently stated by Riff that this item one day might turn up in the game again, but that the current supply available via the mall would have to drop significantly before such an action would be considered. [1]

- I'll tell you where the pineal gland is found - near the center of the brain, just above the superior collicus. It was the last gland to be discovered, and therefore is believed to have mystical powers.
- It is sometimes called the "Third Eye", and the brow chakra in yoga, and some believe to be a dormant organ that can be awakened to allow telepathic communication.
- 28 Days Later is in reference to the 2002 British zombie movie, 28 Days Later.
