Clan Administration

Clan Administration is located in the Clan Administration Office, and gives clan management options to the owner of the clan.
Notes
- Allows the clan owner to do the following:
- Change the clan credo
- Change the clan website
- Change the Karma Bonus (the amount of karma given to anybody new to your clan)
- Change Meat/Karma Exchange Rate (the amount of meat it takes to get a karma point)
- Transfer Leadership of Clan (gives the clan to another person in your clan currently)
- Enable/Disable Clan applications (allows or disallows the ability for others to apply to your clan)
