This quill pen looks as though it's seen better days. Or maybe it just came from a really crappy bird. Either way, if you've got something to write with this, it should probably be something short.

On Use:

Without Special Item:

Without inkwell: You pick up the pen, and it floats out of your hand of its own accord. It wiggles around in the air for a while, but it can't find anything to dip into, so it just floats back into your sack.

With inkwell: You pick up the pen, and it immediately dips itself into your inkwell, completely draining it. Filled to capacity, it floats around for a bit looking for something to write on, but to no avail. It dumps the ink back in the inkwell and floats gently back into your sack.
