Attack

• You attack:
  • A fountain of arterial blood sprays as you bury your axe in the grunt's neck, felling him.
  • You bury your axe deep in the grunt's chest, and he crumples to the ground.
  • You chop one of the grunt's arms off. He looks surprised for a moment, then falls over.
  • Your axe slams into the grunt's chest; he reels backward and slumps to the ground.
  • Your heavy axe turns the grunt's head into pulp. A gruesome victory!
• Another grunt:
  • Another grunt charges at you, his club raised.
  • Another grunt charges, swinging his club angrily.
  • Another grunt steps up, preparing to bash you with his club.
  • Seeing his buddy fall, another grunt rushes up to you with a roar.
  • Growling angrily, another grunt steps forward to take the last one's place.
  • You quickly turn to face another grunt as he runs up to attack you.
• Grunt attack:
  • "Argh!" the grunt shouts, as he hits you with his club. "Ow!" you reply wittily.
  • He bashes you with his club, making you wince.
  • He strikes you with a forceful blow from his club.
  • The grunt brings his club down on your head with a hollow "thump!"
  • The grunt thumps you on the head with his club, leaving a nasty welt.
