• This outfit allows you to get the Dyspepsi-Cola tattoo.
• Trick-or-treating in this outfit scores you a Cloaca grenade.
• You can't equip this outfit while you have a 2-handed weapon equipped. Attempting to do so results in the message: You can't equip that outfit with a 2-handed weapon equipped.
