This is a helmet made from that weird El Vibrato material. It'll allow you to have a weird blue light sweeping back and forth where your eyes should be, like some sort of depressed Cylon.

- A Shimmering Portal - Obtained from the Towering Construct the first time you give it an El Vibrato punchcard (213 holes) followed by an El Vibrato punchcard (104 holes) with an El Vibrato power sphere in you inventory.

- Centurion-make Cylons from Battlestar Galactica are commonly depicted with a sweeping red light emitting from their visors. A Cylon wearing an El Vibrato helmet would be "blue," and thus depressed.
