With turtle totem:
You stamp your turtle totem against the ground and call upon the Turtle Spirits to make with the empathy for (target) (5 Adventures)...

You acquire an effect: Empathy (duration: 5 Adventures)

Without Mace of the Tortoise or turtle totem:
That buff requires a turtle totem.
