Everything Looks Blue
Your vision is so saturated with blue that everybody you look at looks like a Smurf. The Smurf voices in your head, though -- those are happening for a different reason.

- He-Boulder (100 or 150 turns)
Notes
- Prevents use of a major blue ray by a He-Boulder.
- Will be 100 turns if quadroculars are equipped, 150 without.
- Removed at rollover.
