"Hello there. I'm Fracker Dan.

Normally everybody hates me, but now that the world is on fire, wouldn't you know, people are beating down my door and asking me if I can use my fracking equipment to blast the Kingdom's underground areas full of water to put out some of the fires.

The problem is, all of the water I have is polluted and poisonous, and frankly, I don't want to use it this close to where I live. If you bring me 1,000 gallons of clean water, I'd be happy to use it instead."
