- The name of this effect is a reference to the long-running "Got Milk?" advertisement campaign in the US.
- As stated in the Milk of Magnesium entry, the real Milk of Magnesia is intended to quell heartburn. As Magnesium is well known for its incendiary properties, it stands to reason heartburn would result, if not heartincineration.
