This is the spirit of a wandering hobo. I won't describe what it smells like, but it certainly doesn't smell like teens.
Oddly enough, spirits probably played a substantial role in turning him into a spirit. He's pledged to spend the rest of his afterlife fighting beside you, but you need to give him a home first.

Cannot be discarded

When Used
You put the homeless hobo spirit in your Familiar-Gro™ Terrarium.
It floats around asking your other familiars for spare change.

References
- The part of the description about the spirit's smell is a reference to the Nirvana song "Smells Like Teen Spirit."
- Since alcohol is also called spirits, the line "spirits played a part" implies that alcohol killed this poor hobo.
