Hot Whips Part Deux
You whip one of the candles with your fancy chain whip and an even fancier chain whip drops out of it.
You pick the whip up, and it makes a weird noise as it replaces the one that's already in your hand.

Occurs at Vanya's Castle Chapel with a pixel chain whip equipped in the main-hand.
