• The House is the best possible type of housing, providing a base gain of 38-40 HP and 40 MP at rollover or when resting at your campsite.
• The House is an upgrade to any other type of housing.
• The House provides a decent defensive bonus in PvP.
• Upon ascension, your House is lost and must be re-obtained in your next incarnation.
