This is a tiny little water pipe, perfect for giving your familiar lung cancer. Er, I mean, perfect for allowing your familiar to relax and enjoy itself in a manner which is nobody's business but your familiar's. Besides, your familiar can quit anytime it wants, it just doesn't want to right now.

Notes
- This item gives your familiar a chance to blow smoke in your face at the start of combat, granting 5 turns of one random effect out of most non-detrimental effects in the game.
- This item can bring you above the 3 AT buff limit. If you are above the buff limit and unequip the Ittah Bittah Hookah, the extra buffs are removed just as if you removed an equipment that granted extra songs.
- This item can give you mutually exclusive effects like the Pressurized potions, and can also give ordinarily class-specific effects, such as Frozen Shoulders.
