• Grants three combat skills, three times per day each:
  • Otoscope - Delevels 20% and gives +200% Item Drops for that combat
  • Reflex Hammer - Free runaway and 30-turn banish
  • Chest X-Ray. - Free insta-kill
• The bag's enchantments increase by +5 Maximum HP and 1 point of HP regeneration for each set of five quests completed. These upgrades are permanent across ascension.

Quests

• When worn, a free noncombat Is There A Doctor In The House? will occasionally appear after combat. You may choose to begin a quest, refuse the quest, or ignore the bag's quests for the rest of the day. The interval between your completion or refusal of a quest and the next appearance of Is There A Doctor In The House? is 10 adventures plus 5 adventures for each time you have encountered it today.
• The quest asks you to give a specific healing item to a patient in a randomly-chosen zone. Adventure in the zone until you encounter A Pound of Cure, which will appear after 15-20? adventures, if it is your first quest that day. Each subsequent quest that day will require more adventures to complete.
• Your reward is N×500 meat, where N is the number of bag quests completed this ascension.
• You also gain progress toward upgrading your bag, improving its enchantments by +5 Maximum HP and 1 point of HP regeneration for each set of five quests completed. These upgrades, including partial progress indicated by the number of green lights on your bag, persist through ascension.
