• When fighting the residents of The Smut Orc Logging Camp with a Loadstone equipped, sometimes an extra fastener will drop at the end of combat:

	An extra fastener rattles across the floor and sticks to your loadstone. Weird. It's not made of Meat -- it must've been attracted to the double-entendre.

References

• A Lodestone is a naturally magnetized piece of the mineral magnetite.
• Loadstone is also the name of a junk item in Nethack, which weighs down the character considerably and cannot be thrown away.
