Trophy obtained by not having pants equipped on New Years 2006 at approximately 5am Eastern (GMT-5).
The System Message "Happy New Year! Now take off your pants!" was displayed in chat. However, most of the people who received the trophy were not online and had not seen the message; they received it by randomly not having pants equipped, due to ascension or hardcore.

You're entitled to the "Look, Ma! No Pants!" Trophy, for having celebrated New Year's pantsless.
Notes
- This trophy is called "Pantsless!" in the Trophy Case, but "Look, Ma! No Pants!" at the Trophy Hut.
- In many computer programming languages, the ! in front of a term is used to negate that term. So "!pants" translates to "no pants".
- According to the Jick & Skullhead show (1-2-06), this was a spur of the moment idea and will never be repeated. This has not stopped Mr Skullhead from pulling people's chains in system messages.
