You're fighting a Mer-kin juicerThis Mer-kin is addicted to a strange potion known as "the juice." It gives him giant muscles, but it ruins his complexion and makes him act like a total jerk.
Since all Mer-kin act like total jerks, though, it's not that debilitating of a side effect, really.

He roars, rears back, and slams a fist into either side of your head. Gah, it sucks being the meat in a knuckle sandwich. Ugh! Oof! Ouch!
He hits you with a huge fist, powered by a huge bicep, a huge tricep, and a tiny brain. Argh! Ooh! Oof!
He headbutts you with his thick, muscled head. Man, you should work out your head more. Oof! Ooh! Ouch!
He smacks you with a tail full of bulging muscles, leaving a big red welt on your <nipple>. Oof! Ooh! Ouch!
He drinks another swig of the juice, and his muscles swell to double their previous size. He demonstrates their power by squeezing your head like an overripe cantaloupe. Argh! Ow! Ugh!
He tries to hit you, but misses and punches through a wall instead.
He tries to headbutt you, but you leap aside and he headbutts the wall. He doesn't appear to notice the difference.
He tries to smack you with his tail, but it's too bulky to move quickly.
He stops and pops a few of the thousands of pimples on his back. Gross, but ineffective as an attack.
He stops, clutches his chest, and collapses to the ground. He lies there for a while, gently sobbing. You shuffle your feet, awkwardly. (FUMBLE!)
