This is a document that entitles its owner to a measure of protection from the Penguin Mafia.
If -- and we're not saying this is going to be possible -- but if at some point in the near future the Penguin Mafia decides to start doing "favors" for your fellow citizens of Loathing, having one of these documents in your inventory will protect you against one of those favors.
So... Got any enemies?
Cannot be traded.
This contract protected you against a "favor" from the Penguin Mafia (as purchased from the backroom of Uncle P's Antiques).
