This item appeared in players' inventories the next morning if they had seen the To the Rescue adventure, available from Drunken Stupor on St Sneaky Pete's Day. The adventure would only occur if they were wielding a cheap plastic bottle opener. Jick says these will likely not be available on future St Sneaky Pete's Days. The equivalent on the second holiday was a Yellow traffic cone.
