This item appeared in players' inventories the next morning if they had seen the To the Rescue stupor adventure, available by adventuring in a Drunken Stupor on St Sneaky Pete's Day. The adventure would only occur if they were wielding a cheap plastic bottle opener. Jick says these will likely not be available on future St Sneaky Pete's Days. It was originally just called a "traffic cone", the orange in the name came later. The equivalent on the second holiday was a Yellow traffic cone.
