Baa'baa'bu'ran You're fighting Baa'baa'bu'ran

Some ancient historians believe that Baa'baa'bu'ran was a sheep who drank from a forbidden river and took on the form of a serpent. Others believe he was a serpent who ate sheep so often and so messily that he was constantly covered in a thick layer of wool.

This carving isn't going to shed any light on that ancient mystery. In fact, it looks like all it's going to do is attack you.

Hit Message(s):

It takes your hand, then impales your palm with a fang. Weak!

It bites you with its stone fangs. It's like being attacked by a statue of a vampire.

It whacks you with its stone rattle, severely rattling your wits.

It manages to bite you, smack you with a wing, bonk you with its rattle, and scratch you with its wool, all in the space of a couple of seconds. Not even Rhonda can help you now.

Critical Hit Message:

Miss Message(s):

It tries to smack you with a stone wing, but you wun away.

It tries to bite you with a stone fang, but it chips off and needs to be re-sharpened.

References

  • Baa'baa'bu'ran sounds suspiciously like the hit song Barbara Ann made famous by the Beach Boys. The hit and miss messages that mention "taking your hand" are references to the song's chorus.
  • The last hit message also refers to another Beach Boys song, Help Me Rhonda.
