When Used

| You break open the power cell. You manage to absorb some of the energy stored inside it as it escapes, but most of it is wasted. This must not be the right way to use one of these things. | ||

Notes
- One Pixel power cell will fuel the:
- Rage Flame attack wielding the anger blaster.
- Tear Wave attack wielding the regret hose.
- Fear Vapor attack wielding the fear condenser.
- Doubt Shackles attack wielding the doubt cannon.
- Busters must be held in the main-hand; off-handing will not allow the skill attack. Using the skill attack uses up one Pixel power cell.
