• The consumption message refers to the old adage, "Cheaters never prosper".
• The movie Toy Story 2 includes a toy horse, Bullseye, who, at one point in the film, is seen licking the orange cheese coating of a Cheetos-like food from the fingers of a sleeping man.
• The "horse" reference could also refer to the concept that such snack foods vaguely resemble carrots, a favorite treat of horses.
