- Drops in one of the stupor adventures when adventuring in a St. Sneaky Pete's Day Stupor on St. Sneaky Pete's Oyster Day.
- Used to help the Boozehare open his bottle of wine, with the reward of a St. Sneaky Pete's Day goodies basket.
- If you have the dual-wielding skill you must have the corkscrew equipped as your primary weapon, not in your off hand.
