• This item will only drop when you have acquired and read the relevant page of Your father's MacGuffin diary, and have completed the two preceeding sub quests.
• It appears that post-NS13, this item will only drop twice per ascension. Having two in inventory, storage, etc., even in the form of a Talisman o' Nam, appears to negate further drops.
