• Became a Quest item when NS13 was rolled out.
• This item will only drop when you have acquired and read the relevant page of Your father's MacGuffin diary. It is not neccessary to have completed the other two sub quests.
• It appears that post-NS13, this item will only drop twice per ascension. Having two in inventory, storage, etc., even in the form of a Talisman o' Nam, appears to negate further drops.
