You give yourself a soothing backrub with your left bear arm. You gain some hit points. If you are holding a right bear arm, instead: You hold out your right bear arm as if to say "Bear with me for a minute," and give yourself a soothing backrub with your left bear arm. You gain some hit points.

• The opponent will not retaliate if you are using both arms.
• You may only use a single bear skill per combat.
