• Blood Black pudding is an English dish made by cooking a sausage out of blood mixed with something to thicken the liquid to the point where it congeals when cooled. It does not normally contain actual pudding. It is commonly believed to be called "Blood Pudding" by people outside of England.
• Pudding would theoretically turn beige when mixed with something red, such as blood.
