This is a thin, flexible ribbon of stainless steel. It's shiny, durable, and totally badass. It's designed to go around your neck, but make sure you wind it carefully and use the flat of it instead of the edge, because then it'd be designed to go through your neck.

• The comment about the flat end going through your neck might be a reference to the Dungeon & Dragons Oriental Adventures Wu Jen spell "Decapitating Scarf", in which the Wu Jen summons up a metal scarf that wraps around the target's neck and then slices their head off.
