When getting the jump on a monster due to Combat Initiative, Accordion Thieves have the option to try to steal an accordion from creatures that can drop them. Similar to pickpocketing, steal accordion can only be attempted during the first round of combat. This shares the same counter as pickpocket in that you can do one or the other but not both.
