You need at least 13 points in your main stat.
Tasks
Adventure in the BugBear Pen untill you fight the Annoying Gravy Fairy.
Defeat the Annoying Gravy Fairy that is stirring up the Bugbears.
Take the annoying pitchfork back to Mayor Zapruder.
