When Used:

You yell at the skeleton "Hey! Punch yourself!" The skeleton obeys, punching itself for 15-19? damage. Crunch!

When fighting other undead

You yell, to no skeleton in particular, "Hey! Skeleton! Come punch this clown for me!"

A random skeleton wanders in from somewhere and does exactly that, for ? damage.

Notes

Only available when you're fighting a skeleton.
Most undead are spooky aligned, so if they aren't a skeleton, this skill only does 1 point damage.
