You're fighting The Beast WisniewskiThe Big Wisniewski (who, unlike the other bosses, I can't just assume you've met before, because you might've done the Island the other way in all your previous runs... but I'm going to anyway) looks different than usual. He's much hairier than before -- and that's saying something -- as well as having sharp teeth and big claws. He's still wearing the bathrobe, though.
"Jeez, Guy, what happened to you?" you ask.
"Huh?" He looks down at his hands. "Oh weird, man. No wonder the holes in my bowling ball didn't fit right. I didn't even notice."
"You didn't notice yourself turning into a beastman?"
"I wasn't paying attention, man. I've just been, you know, abiding. Anyway, graaaarrrrgggh!
