It seems that this sign gives an overall boost to the number of adventures gained from booze items; however, this sign does not (as some have speculated) automatically give the maximum number of adventures available from booze, and testing has shown that it is still quite possible to recieve the minimum normal number of adventures from a booze item.

The Blender's effect on stat gains from booze items requires further observation and research.
